The Giverny has the feel of an upscale resort. The homes - which are invisible from the main road - are set out along a single private road that rolls gently down the hill towards the ocean. Each house has its own private garden and covered carport with 24 hours security. It includes an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, dancing room and Onsen (a Japanese-style hot springs).
